The headline release, Salesforce in Claude, will introduce 37 prebuilt sales skills that can help teams prepare for meetings, assess deal health, review pipeline, update CRM records, and work with Salesforce context directly from Claude.

It signals a bigger change in how we interact with enterprise technology.

The Next Salesforce Interface Might Not Look Like Salesforce

Instead of navigating through records, reports, dashboards, and applications to find what they need, users can increasingly ask AI to find the context, reason across it, and help take action.

Salesforce remains the trusted system underneath. The way people interact with it changes.

Salesforce in Claude is available now to select pilot customers, with an open beta expected in September 2026. Additional prebuilt skills are expected to begin launching in late 2026.
