Your Dreamforce 2026 Watch List is Here

Dreamforce 2026 watch list

Dreamforce is back September 15–17, 2026, and you don’t need to be in San Francisco to follow what’s next for Salesforce.

Salesforce+ will bring keynotes and select sessions online throughout the event. We went through the schedule to pull together the sessions we think are worth putting on your calendar, with a focus on Claudeforce, AI, sales, customer relationships, data, and getting more from Salesforce.

This year, Claudeforce is especially high on our watch list. As Salesforce brings CRM context and workflows directly into Claude, Dreamforce should give us a much clearer picture of how this new way of working will fit alongside the rest of the Salesforce platform.

All times below are Salesforce+ broadcast times in Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).*

Day 1: Tuesday, September 15

Dreamforce Main Keynote

10:00 AM PDT |  Live Stream

Start here. The Main Keynote sets the direction for Dreamforce and is where Salesforce’s biggest announcements tend to land.

Expect a closer look at Salesforce’s vision for the Agentic Enterprise, new product announcements, live demos, and customer examples. With Claudeforce now entering the picture, we’ll also be paying close attention to how Salesforce positions the different ways people and AI can interact with CRM.

The Enterprise AI Harness for the Agentic Enterprise

12:30 PM PDT | Live Stream

For organizations trying to understand the bigger Salesforce AI architecture, this is one to watch.

The session focuses on bringing context, action, governance, security, and AI control together across the enterprise. That foundation becomes increasingly important as Salesforce experiences extend beyond the traditional CRM interface and into tools where teams already work.

A Conversation With Marc Benioff and Sam Altman

On Demand

The discussion with OpenAI CEO Sam Altman should offer a broader perspective on where enterprise AI is headed and what increasingly capable models could mean for the way businesses operate.

For Salesforce teams, it’s useful context for understanding the larger AI landscape that Salesforce, Claude, OpenAI, and other platforms are becoming part of.

Day 2: Wednesday, September 16

If you work in sales, revenue operations, Salesforce strategy, or AI, Wednesday is the day we’d prioritize.

Sales Keynote: Welcome the #1 CRM and Claude to Your Team

9:00 AM PDT | Live Stream

The Sales Keynote focuses on a familiar challenge: valuable buyer context getting lost as opportunities move between people, systems, and conversations. Salesforce will show how Hunter and Piper can help preserve buyer intent across handoffs, while Momentum captures calls and other signals to give sellers more real-time context.

Most importantly, Salesforce is bringing CRM directly into Claudeforce, allowing that context to follow sellers into Claude and other places where they already work.

For sales teams, that could mean spending less time moving between systems and more time acting on the customer and opportunity context already captured in Salesforce.

3 Essentials to Scale Multi-agent AI Across the Enterprise

Video On Demand

As organizations introduce more AI across the business, the challenge becomes less about launching an individual use case and more about making everything work together.

This session covers real-time context, orchestration, governance, and the foundations organizations need to scale multiple AI agents responsibly.

AIforce Keynote: Anywhere Humans and Agents Work

2:30 PM PDT | Live Stream

AIforce adds another important piece to Salesforce’s evolving AI strategy.

This session looks at how organizations can bring trusted Salesforce context and capabilities into the AI environments where people work. With Salesforce increasingly extending beyond its traditional interface, this should help connect some of the dots between Salesforce data, AI experiences, governance, and tools like Claude.

Architect Keynote: Architecture for the Agentic Future

3:30 PM PDT | Live Stream

If Claudeforce is on your radar, put this near the top of your list.

Salesforce specifically says this keynote will show how Claudeforce and its latest Salesforce innovations are helping organizations connect, scale, and govern the Agentic Enterprise.

As Salesforce begins bringing CRM context and workflows directly into Claude, this session should provide a better look at the architecture behind that experience and what organizations need to support it securely and at scale.

Data 360 Keynote: Context Is Your AI Advantage

3:45 PM PDT | Live Stream

AI is only as useful as the context behind it, which makes Data 360 an important part of the Dreamforce AI story.

This keynote will look at how Data 360 can unlock data across an organization’s ecosystem, turn it into real-time business context, and make that context available across AI, applications, and models.

For Salesforce teams, the bigger takeaway is how existing business data can become more useful without simply adding another place to store it. We’ll be watching for how Salesforce approaches connecting and governing that data so people and AI can work from a more complete understanding of the customer and the business.

Day 3: Thursday, September 17

Thursday brings the conversation closer to specific industries, platform management, and how organizations can put these new capabilities to work.

Admin Keynote: Bring the Agentic Enterprise to Life

10:30 AM PDT | Live Stream

This isn’t just for admins. The Admin Keynote is one of the better places to see how Dreamforce announcements translate into the actual Salesforce platform. Expect live demos, new Salesforce innovations, and examples of how admins are putting AI into practice.

For Salesforce leaders, admins, and operations teams, it’s a useful look at what these changes could mean for the environments they already manage.

Agentforce Sales Roadmap: End the Grind, Multiply Revenue

Video On Demand

For sales leaders, RevOps teams, and Salesforce owners, this is an opportunity to see where Salesforce’s sales AI capabilities are headed next.

The session looks at how Salesforce plans to reduce manual work, provide sellers with better context, and help teams focus more of their time on moving opportunities forward.

Telecom Keynote: Agentic Telcos Scale Profitable Growth

2:00 PM PDT | Live Stream

For communications and telecom organizations, this is one of the sessions we’re most interested in watching.

Rather than treating AI purely as a way to reduce costs, the Telecom Keynote focuses on using new Salesforce capabilities to support revenue growth across customer touchpoints.

We’ll be watching for how Salesforce’s latest AI and Communications Cloud capabilities come together to help telecom organizations improve customer experiences, identify revenue opportunities, and create more connected experiences across channels.

What We’re Excited to See

Claudeforce is at the top of our list this year. Bringing Salesforce context and workflows into Claude could change how teams interact with CRM and how Salesforce fits into everyday work.

Alongside Claudeforce, we’ll be watching how Salesforce’s latest AI, sales, data, industry, and automation capabilities can help teams work smarter, strengthen customer relationships, and get more value from the Salesforce environments they already have.
