The Salesforce Summer ’25 release is here, bringing exciting new features designed to elevate customer experiences by seamlessly integrating a digital labor force that works alongside your human workforce, driving efficiency and innovation across every process, workload, and application. Let’s dive into some of the top highlights in Communications Cloud.

The Summer ’25 release is set to supercharge your workforce efficiency with predictive and generative AI, with Agentforce & Einstein features being released as often as monthly. Features included in the May monthly release generally become available when Summer ’25 rolls out to your org.

Top 5 Communications Cloud Enhancements in Summer ’25

Salesforce Industries introduces a range of enhancements to streamline operations and improve productivity. Communications Cloud specifically benefits from updates aimed at automating quoting, improving agent efficiency, and enhancing sales management. Here are five key features:

1. Invocable Cart Actions for Agentforce

Sales reps can now boost their efficiency with automated quoting and ordering thanks to invocable cart actions for Agentforce. This feature allows you to create agentic flows and actions within Agentforce to perform essential cart operations using prebuilt Industries CPQ Invocable Actions. It simplifies the quoting and ordering process by integrating CPQ Cart APIs with Agentforce, allowing sales reps to manage quotes and orders directly with Agentforce without requiring custom Apex.

2. Communications Cloud Agent Console

This release empowers sales and customer service teams with an Agentforce-embedded console that provides a complete view of customer information. The console helps agents deliver fast, accurate, and personalized services, enhancing the customer experience through assistive and autonomous capabilities. It also aids in quickly resolving service issues using consistent troubleshooting and diagnostic tools.

3. Communications Cloud Sales – Manage Offers for a Group of Recipients

Scalability, usability, and performance for quote line items are improved by allowing sales reps to efficiently manage an offer for a group of recipients without individually cloning the offer for each person. This feature enables sales reps to add multiple recipients during onboarding and sales processes and simplifies the process of configuring and applying an offer to a group.

4. Enterprise Sales Management Enhancements

Sales efficiency is enhanced through streamlined workflows and reduced manual actions. Updates include improvements to attribute editing, MACD undo functionality, asset management, and working cart controls. These changes help sales reps work faster and with greater accuracy, minimizing rework and preventing duplicate actions.

5. Work Order Estimation for Partner Community

The partner community can now use Work Order Estimation to estimate field service work. This extends valuable capabilities to partners.

The Summer ’25 release brings smarter, faster, AI-powered tools to Communications Cloud—boosting efficiency across sales and service. From automated quoting to enhanced agent consoles, these updates are built to drive impact. Ready to put them to work? Let’s explore what these updates can do for your team.
