2. Demographic Data
- When did they start at the Account?
- Where are they from?
3. Nurture Relationships via Personal (Non-Identifying) Information
- Favorite sports teams
- Hobbies / interests
- Name of spouse / partner
- Favorite beverage / type of beverage
- Other interests
