She excels in Salesforce platform consulting and architecture, as well as team lleadership. Her specialties include data-driven marketing, business intelligence, sales and marketing operations, and customer satisfaction. Susan is adept at bridging the gap between marketing and sales, strategic planning, and facilitating business process reviews both virtually and in-person. She is also experienced in end-user and train-the-trainer training, ensuring comprehensive skill development across teams.
